JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-05-2020 Heard Mr. Ravindra Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 209/2019 dated 04.11.2019 registered for the offence under sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The First Information Report has been registered against unknown with respect to a three-wheeler having been stolen.

From the prosecution version, it appears that the stolen three-wheeler was recovered at the instance of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has been arrested only on suspicion and that also because, he was earlier made accused in a case, about which, reference has

Regarding being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioner and the period of custody which is from 18.11.2019, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -VIII, Gaya in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 209/2019.
