This is an application for quashing of the order dated 24.11.2016 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna passed in Complaint Case No. 3673 © of 2015 by which court below has found a prime facie case against the petitioner for offence under Section 498(A) of I.P.C. and Section 4 of D.P. Act.

3. The impugned order is of the year 2016 which has been challenged in the year 2019 after an inordinate delay.

4. In view of the above, this application is dismissed on the ground of delay and laches with liberty to the petitioner
