One motorcycle is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that seizure list does not bear signature of the petitioner which creates doubt about seizure of motorcycle from possession of the petitioner.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of near about six cases but taking into consideration the above stated facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Bidupur P.S. Case no. 267/2015.
