Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's entitlement to ACP and MACP benefits has already been accepted by the authorities. He submits that the monetory benefits have not been made available to the petitioner. Counsel for the University submits that in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16810 of 2016(3) dt.30-11-2018 2/2 processing the claim and availability of funds sometime is likely to be consumed.

In view of such submission this Court would direct that the monitory benefit in respect of benefit of ACP and MACP should be made available to the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
