JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2018 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to add the Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya as respondent no. 8 to the present writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to do so during the course of the day.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that he would be filling an appeal before the Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya against the order dated 20.01.2014 within four weeks from today and the Commissioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.614 of 2018 (2) dt.15-01-2018 2/2 be directed to dispose of the same within a stipulated time. Accordingly, the Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya is directed to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from filing of the said appeal, if the same is filed within four weeks from today, by a reasoned and speaking order upon hearing the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
