2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner and other co-accused persons, named in the F.I.R. are alleged to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was love-affairs between co-accused Dilip Kumar and the victim and petitioner, being friend of co-accused Dilip Kumar, has been falsely implicated in this case. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has denied the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5574 of 2025(3) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 prosecution case and stated that no one has kidnapped her and out of her own accord, she left the house and solemnized marriage with co-accused Dilip Kumar. The Court below has assessed the age of victim, as 20 years. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Masaurhi, District - Patna / concerned Court in connection with Dhanarua P.S.
