2.This application for regular bail arises out of Basantpur (Lakri Nabiganj) P.S. Case No. 453 of 2019, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 379,511,414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation in the First Information Report is to the effect that the petitioner was making an attempt to take away the informant's motorcycle stealthily when he was apprehended by the persons present there. The petitioner was handed over to the police by the people.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2019. Considering the nature of accusation and the period of

Let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Basantpur (Lakri Nabiganj) P.S. Case no. 453 of 2019.
