Statement of victim was recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C and she, specifically, stated that she was never kidnapped by any person. Victim disclosed her age as 18 years and the Medical Board also found between 17 to 18 years but even then learned Sessions Judge rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
