The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order as contained in Memo No. 1547 dated 06.12.2017 issued from the office of respondents whereby and whereunder he has not considered the case of the petitioner for issuance of P.D.S. license on compassionate ground after the death of her father; and for connected reliefs.

3. At the very outset, this Court takes note that the impugned order itself has not been annexed in the writ petition and as
