Despite repeated calls, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, whereas the case was passed over at the request of the petitioner on 25.08.2022 and also on 29.08.2022. Mr. Uma Shankar Prasad Singh, the learned APP for the State is in appearance.

Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed for default.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
