The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner caused fire-arm injury.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that F.I.R. has been lodged after a delay of 15 days and there is no plausible explanation for the same. As a matter of fact, there was love affairs between the informant and petitioner for the last four years and they wanted to marry, but father of the informant was not ready and due to this reason, this false and concocted case has been lodged. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
