The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307, 395 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code, section 27 of the Arms Act and section 17 of Criminal Law Amendment Act. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner has surfaced in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused. Except confession no further tangible material has been collected against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37341 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Ad-hoc Additional Sessions Judge II, Sitamarhi in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 31 of 2010, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 189 of 2015.
