JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It is surprising enough that an office of cadre of Sessions Judge has rejected the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, in a case in which, the injured sustained simple injury though is said to be fatal for life.

Moreover, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 59 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura.
