====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

It was contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner on 10.12.2021 that the petitioner had already sold his vehicle and the transfer documents were executed, but the vehicle was not transferred in the D.T.O. office and the name of the transferee was not added in the registration certificate. The court below shall verify the documents and even if vehicle is not transferred in the D.T.O. office and R.C. is not still amended and if the documents executed by the petitioner are found to be genuine then his bail bond should be accepted. Let this order be read as a part of the order dated 10.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39695 of 2021.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12195 of 2022(2) dt.09-03-2022 2/2 With the aforesaid direction, the modification application is allowed, subject to the payment of cost of Rs. 5,000/- to be deposited by the petitioner in a charitable organization.

The trial court is directed to accept the bail bond of the petitioner only after production of the payment receipt of Rs. 5,000/- by him.
