The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was granted bail in this case, but the petitioner did not appear. On 22.09.2007, the petitioner was declared absconder. The petitioner was arrested on 07.05.2015 and since then he is in jail. The petitioner has already remained in jail for 31⁄2 months for misusing the privilege of bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-
