In case, such appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of one month from today alongiwth with a copy of this

Patna High Court CWJC No.13999 of 2017(3) dt.28-03-2018 2/2 order, the Appellate Authority is required to decide the appeal on its own merit in accordance with law after condoning the delay, if any, in filing of the appeal.

The Appellate Authority is expected to dispose of the appeal expeditiously in view of the fact that earlier the petitioner has approached the Appellate Authority and Appellate Authority has passed order for payment yet that order has not been complied with by the respondents and the petitioner has gone without payment of salary.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
