2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 340 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-341, 323, 504, 506, 406, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The informant Ratnesh Kumar is manager of Jan Small Finance Bank Pvt. Ltd. And son of the petitioner was collection agent. According to allegation, son of the petitioner collected money from customers but did not deposit it in the bank. The allegation against the petitioner is that he misbehaved with the informant and he threatened him to kill when he went to the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

No.7205 of 2025(4) dt.11-09-2025 2/2 the allegation of embezzlement of money is not against the petitioner, it is against his son and merely because he is father of the main accused, he has falsely been arrayed in the present case. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

5. On the otherhand, learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks before the court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begurarai in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 340 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. with further condition that the petitioner will appear in the court below on each and every date fixed in the case and if, he fails to do so on two consecutive dates unless he is prevented by extremely adverse circumstances, the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
