The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that motorcycle, cash, mobile and ATM card of the informant has been robbed by the unknown miscreants.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner was not apprehended from the spot. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 225 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
