The petitioner is in custody in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 228 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)A, 26, 27, 35 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.11.2022.

Petitioner is one of the four persons who had gun shot at two injured persons and caused grievous injury. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail after completing one year in custody and after framing of charge, if the charge has not been framed as yet on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five
