Petitioner who was availing privilege of bail vide Cr. Misc. No.12323 of 2010 had violated the condition as being an accused subsequently, leading to cancellation of bail whereupon at an earlier occasion, vide order dated 10.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.1852 of 2015 prayer for release on bail was turned down. It has also been submitted that petitioner happens to be under custody since 10.11.2014. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner Lal Mohan Rai @ Lal Mohan @ Lal Mohan Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41686 of 2015 (2) dt.02-09-2015 bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Second Additional Sessions Judge, Barh, Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No.670 of 2010 arising out of Bakhtiyapur P.S. Case No.139 of 2009, subject to condition that henceforth complicity of petitioner in any criminal case will again disentitled him to continue with the privilege. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) PN/- U T
