The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 229 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 153A, 295A, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, rather the allegation of inflicting assault is against the other co-accused persons. In the last portion of the FIR, only allegation against the petitioner is that he added fuel to the flame. By drawing my attention towards the order dated 12.10.2020 of the learned 2nd

No.16605 of 2021(3) dt.20-01-2022 2/2 Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas, Sasaram, the learned counsel has submitted that the injuries sustained by the injured persons, are simple in nature and a compromise has also been mentioned in that order, which shows that a joint compromise petition on behalf of the present petitioner and the informant has been filed on 20.06.2020.

Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Bikramganj in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 229 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey , J) Mahesh/- U T
