The petitioner seeks bail in Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 35 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Sitaram Singh lodged the case after recovery of the dead body of his wife and he suspected that Surya Singh and Rajdeo Singh killed his wife. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confession of Rajdeo Singh. Admittedly, Surya Singh has already been enlarged on bail. Rajdeo Singh is also enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 35 of 2013.
