2. The petitioner has prayed for the following relief: (i) for issuance of wilt in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondent to measure and demarcate the land of the petitioner for which the appropriate application has been filed by the petitioner before the respondents and the petitioner is ready to deposit the requisite fee;

(ii) for any other consequential relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled by this Hon'ble

Patna High Court CWJC No.9623 of 2016(2) dt.21-02-2024 2/2 Court in the facts and circumstances of the present case.

3. It is unfortunate that even for such smaller issue, the citizen has to knock the doors of the Patna High Court.

4. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondent to take immediate steps on the representation filed by the petitioner for measurement/demarcation of his land on his depositing the requisite fees.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
