JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2022 Finally, the dispute in question seems to have been resolved, inasmuch as the respondent- Housing Board has taken a decision to refund the deducted amount to the extent of 20% to the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said amount can be deposited in the same account, in which, the refunded amount was deposited earlier, in the year 2014. Accordingly, the respondent- Housing Board is

Patna High Court CWJC No.2280 of 2018(5) dt.01-09-2022 2/2 directed to deposit 20% of the deducted amount in the account of the petitioner, within 48 hours, failing which, the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board shall not draw his salary. The writ petition stands disposed off.
