2. The defect(s) with regard to filing of court fee has been removed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no. 02 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14037 of 2020 vide order dated 05.06.2020 arising out of Manigacchi P.S. Case No. 206 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366A, 376A, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has pressed this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16833 of 2021(3) dt.24-07-2026 2/2 application on the ground that the opposite party no. 02, after grant of bail, is threatning the petitioner.

5. In view of the above, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move the Senior Superintendent of Police, Darbhanga for redressal of her grievances by way of filing an application and if the Senior Superintendent of Police, Darbhanga finds substance in the application of the petitioner then he will take all steps for protection of the petitioner in accordance with law.

6. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial of the case arising out of Manigacchi P.S. Case No. 206 of 2019 within one year from the date of communication of a copy of this order.
