Perused the order dated 14.07.2017 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as the "Tribunal"), Patna Bench, Patna in O.A. No. 581 of 2015.
Patna High Court CWJC No.11662 of 2017 dt.12-09-2017 The Tribunal after evaluating the so-called certificate which was produced by the petitioner showing that he had qualified the matriculation examination found such certificate not obtained from a recognized Board or Institution. If the necessary qualification which was mandatory to be obtained within a period of two years was not obtained and some kind of counterfeit degree was tried to be passed off as qualification, then, the respondent authorities have rightly removed him from service and the Tribunal rightly refused to interfere with such decision.
The Writ Application is dismissed.
