The petitioner seeks bail in Siswan (Chainpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 114/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. One Samsung mobile is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner but the petitioner was not put on Test Identification Parade, although he is in jail for last one year.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Siswan (Chainpur O.P.)
