2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 597 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, when the informant was going to petrol pump, on the way, the accused persons equipped with arms came and surrounded him. Thereafter, all the accused persons started assaulting him. The Petitioners assaulted him on his head with iron rod.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8779 of 2024(2) dt.20-02-2024 2/2 the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated. They are the persons of clean antecedent. Though, the injuries are grievous in nature, but both the parties have compromised the case.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances and considering the fact that the matter has amicably been resolved, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 597 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
