JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 28.08.2013 and earlier his prayer for bail was rejected by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide order dated 19.04.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7791 of 2014.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is in jail custody since long but up till now charge could be framed against him. It is further contended by him that according to first information report itself, the seized arms and ammunitions had been kept by the son of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner is an old man aged about 65 years, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing
