2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 2620 of 2017.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event the petitioner expresses his readiness to keep his wife (opposite party no. 2) with due dignity and honour. It is submitted that in about four years since the parties were married on 04.05.2015, this is the first offence of its

4. Despite notice validly served on opposite party no. 2 she has not entered appearance nor she represented when the matter is called today.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 18.02.2019 by this Court in connection with Complaint Case No. 2620 of 2017 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran is hereby confirmed.
