JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was caught with one country made loaded pistol and two live cartridges for which he is in jail custody since 8.9.2015.

No doubt, earlier four cases were registered against the petitioner and out of the aforesaid four cases, two cases were registered in the year 1998 and 1999 respectively, whereas rest two cases were registered in the year 2003 and 2014 respectively, Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachhia, Bhagalpur in connection with Bihpur ( Bhawanipur) P.S.No. 24 of 2015.
