JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-10-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.I.For commanding and directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to participate in the examination to be conducted by the Bihar Public Service Commission, Patna for the post of Lecturer

35/2014.

II. For holding that, petitioner is eligible for participating in the aforesaid examination and he has duly filled the form as per the instruction of the B.P.S.C Patna.

III. For holding that, decision of rejecting the application of the petitioner by the B.P.S.C Patna, on the ground of non-mentioning of Advertisement No. and subject is baseless and arbitrary.

IV. For considering that, at the time of filling application petitioner has duly filled all the columns and also paid the required fees for participating in the examination.

V. For holding that, depriving petitioner from the aforesaid examination on the aforesaid ground would amount to playing with his career, without any substantial reason.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that that present writ petition has been rendered infructuous with the efflux of time, hence the same be disposed off.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the parties have also pointed out that similar issue has already been dealt with by a coordinate Bench as also by the learned Division Bench of this Court and no relief has been granted to similarly situated candidates.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
