2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sheikhpura (Sirari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 490 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 379, 314 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing theft of a motorcycle.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has one criminal antecedent in Tetarhat P.S. Case No. 132 of 2019 in which he is on bail. He further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2023
5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura (Sirari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 490 of 2022 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Sheikhpura (Sirari O.P.) Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Sudha/- U T
