JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-04-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kudhani P.S.Case No. 566 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 86.715 litres of foreign liquor from his Bhuskar.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that Bhuskar is in the field and it is an open place for that he may not be held responsible and he has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.
