JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 11069 of 2019 arising out of Pipra P.S. Case No. 129 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation is of recovery of 80 litres of country made liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact nothing has been recovered from the petitioner. Further he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 11.12.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two
