2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Petitioner is alleged to have purchased land of the informant from a person who did not have the title over the land in question.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is bona fide purchaser of the land and he has purchased the same after paying full consideration money through bank transfer and cash. He next submits that petitioner himself is a victim of a criminal conspiracy. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the fact that petitioner is bona fide purchaser of the land in question, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-14, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P. S. Case No. 93 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
