This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Bihta P.S. Case No. 951 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioners are said to have assaulted the injured victims and caused serious injuries upon them. In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9856 of 2020(5) dt.11-04-2022 2/2 grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.

This case is of the year 2019. Therefore, the petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of two weeks from today.
