The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner misused the privilege of bail and he was arrested on 20.02.2015 and since then he is in jail. The petitioner has already remained in jail for six months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge IX, Sasaram, Rohtas in Dehri P.S.
