JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 03-05-2019 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ application may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the statutory remedy of appeal under the provisions of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the petitioner's applying for an appropriate remedy. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prefer a statutory appeal before the District Magistrate, Gaya (Respondent No.3) within a period of 30 days from today.
