The Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 76 of 2019 arising out of Excise P.R. Case No. 77 of 2019 for the offence under section 15(c) & 18(b) of the Narcotic Drug & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

In this case F.S.L. report was called for. On perusal thereof, the Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. However, the petitioner may surrender before the court below and prays for regular bail which will be considered by the court below on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5243 of 2020(3) dt.29-06-2020 2/2 its own merit without being influenced refusal to grant anticipatory bail on the same day.
