The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The police intercepted a Tata motor vehicle from which seven persons were apprehended. However, two persons fled away. From possession of the petitioner a mobile was recovered.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Arrah in connection with Dhangai P.S.
