The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 20(b) of the N.D.P.S.Act.

250 grams of Ganja was recovered from bush behind the house of the petitioner. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the application that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
