Patna High Court MJC No.237 of 2020(3) dt.12-03-2026 2/2 committing their willful disobedience and deliberate violation of order dated 01.08.2018 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anil Kumar Upadhyay in C.W.J.C. No. 21824 of 2012 (Dhaneshwar Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar and others) as the same has not been complied with in its letter and spirit till date."
