2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for mandamus on the respondent authorities to make equal payment to all owners

Patna High Court CWJC No.11903 of 2017(2) dt.28-04-2025 2/2 for the same quality of land acquired for the same purpose i.e. for construction of integrated check post at Raxaul."

3. Limited prayer has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that it will suffice if they are allowed to approach the District Land Acquisition Officer, East Champaran, Motihari (respondent no. 7) to show to the concerned authority that those at par with the petitioners, have been granted similar relief.

4. Learned State counsel submits that if the petitioners approach individually, the same shall be taken into account and appropriate order shall be passed.

5. Granting said liberty to the petitioners to approach individually, as recorded above, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
