2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nawada Town P. S. Case No.128 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 419, 420 of the I.P.C.

3. According to prosecution case, one Indrajit Kumar appeared in examination in place of petitioner.

4. However, it is informed that having similar allegation co-accused Md. Wasim Akram Khan has already been admitted to anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.09.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No.25581 of 2013.

5. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4913 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the Court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P. S. Case No.128 of 2013, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
