====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 19-01-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 101 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 471, 420, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that anticipatory bail petition of the present petitioner was disposed of by the coordinate Bench vide order dated 17.04.2019 in Cr. Misc No. 7808 of 2019. Copy of that order has been annexed as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16925 of 2021(2) dt.19-01-2022 2/3 Annexure-1 which shows that the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was disposed of with the observation that, if, within a period of six weeks from the day of that order, she appears before the court below and prays for regular bail, the learned court below without being prejudiced with this order, may examine the same and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law preferably on the same date. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that some of the accused persons in this case on similar allegation have been granted anticipatory bails by coordinate benches of this Court. As such, on the similar footing he has made a prayer to grant the petitioner the privileges of anticipatory bail.

The anticipatory bail of the present petitioner was once disposed of by this Court by the above-mentioned order with the observation to surrender within a period of six weeks. As such, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today. The court below without being prejudiced by the order dated 17.04.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16925 of 2021(2) dt.19-01-2022 3/3 granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

With these observations, the present criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
