JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 788 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,149,341,323,353, 356, 379,506 of the Indian Penal Code .

As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date of occurrence, this petitioner along with other accused persons attacked the police party and tried to get released one of the co-accused person from the custody of the police and also threatened the police personnel.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No specific allegation agaisnt the petitioner. Petitioner has clean antecedent.
