Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within stipulated period, office will place the matter before the Bench. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 02.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.9405 of 2020 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No.275 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10607 of 2022(2) dt.30-03-2022 2/2 Magistrate, Biharsharif (Nalanda) subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

The order dated 02.03.2020 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
