2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been held to be juvenile and is in jail since 12.05.2020 and therefore he may be released on bail but learned counsel for the petitioner has not annexed the order of holding the petitioner to be a juvenile.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that that out of five charge-sheeted witnesses, three witnesses have been examined.

4. In these circumstances, this application is permitted to be withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to file an application in the trial Court stating that he has been held to be a juvenile and he cannot be detained for more that three years
