2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
"to issue a writ in the nature of MANDAMUS/ CERTIORARI or any other writ or direction commanding the respondents to pay the compensation of acquired land following the provisions contained in section 24 to 30, 40, 69, 80 & 96 of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency In Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 30 of 2013 [Here in after
Patna High Court CWJC No.11910 of 2017(2) dt.28-04-2025 2/3 mentioned as "The Act"], Further the petitioners prays for direction to respondents to return / refund the total amount to the tune of Rs. 65743/- deducted as Income Tax contrary to the provision contained in section 96 of "The Act" as well as letter / circular no. 36/2016 dated 25.10.2016 [Ann-10], Further the Petitioner prays for direction to respondents to enumerate the market value of land as on the date of implementation of "the Act" i.e.1.1.2014 as mentioned in The Act as well as under letter dated 26.10.2015 & 4.12.2015 [Ann-5 & 6], Further prayer to pay the additional compensation of 75% as per section 40 (5) of the Act as well as letter dated 7.12.2016 [Ann-8] because the land has been acquired under emergent provisions.

3. A counter-affidavit of the respondent nos. 3 and 4 is on record after service of copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner on 11.09.2018 and learned State counsel has taken this Court to paragraphs 8 to 10 to show that the compensation amount has already been paid to the petitioner.
4. She as such submits that the grievance stands redressed.
5. Be that as it may, since there is no appearance, the present writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U
